Wanda, we should have grasses back next spring. The concern is land slides if we get heaven rains in the winter. There have been rocks falling on Pacific Coast Highway already .
Xina, today I drove down the 101 past the start point of the fire then along Lewis road to highway one , it was burnt all they way from half way down the grad till I got to my flower wholesaler....miles of burnt hills. Of course I knew it had to be, with 28,000 acres burned, but to see it going on and on....
Rejuvenation of the area will take place, but I'm wondering how long it will take.
